Bottle Washer/Rinser 

Bottles enter the main monobloc unit and transfer into the rinsing station via the infeed transmission starwheel. Each bottle is secured by the mouth via a rinsing clamp, which rotates 180° along the rinsing guide rail to position the bottle opening face-down for interior washing.

Within the dedicated rinsing zone, rinse water is fed by the system’s rinsing pump to a central water distributor, which routes pressurized water through supply lines to every rinsing clamp assembly. The nozzle built into each clamp delivers a targeted spray pattern to thoroughly clean the entire inner bottle wall.

After rinsing and full gravity draining, the clamp rotates the bottle 180° back along the guide rail to return it to an upright orientation. Fully washed bottles exit the rinsing section via the transition steel starwheel, and pass directly to the filling stage for the next production step.

 

Filling part

• High-precision high-speed filling valve – Delivers consistent fill level accuracy with zero product overflow for reliable filling quality. Built-in no-bottle-no-fill function prevents liquid waste when no bottle is in position. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel with a conical sealing design, it is easy to clean and scaling-resistant. A built-in flow control mechanism allows adjustable flow rates to match specific production needs.

• EPDM filling sealing gaskets – Made from durable EPDM material with excellent resistance to acid, alkali and ozone, suited for long-term use in beverage production environments.

• Stable filling-to-capping transfer – Smooth, steady transmission between the filling and capping stations prevents liquid splash and agitation inside bottles. Liquid levels remain within the original filling tolerance even after capping is complete.

• Gear-driven filling power transmission – Filling operation power is delivered via an internal gear transmission system housed inside the main frame, delivering consistent torque and reliable long-term performance.

• Large-diameter toothed plain bearings – Heavy-duty large-format toothed plain bearings support smooth, vibration-free machine operation even at full production speed, reducing component wear and extending service life.

• Neck-gripping inter-station bottle transfer – Rinsing, filling and capping sections are all connected by starwheels, with full neck-gripping bottle handling throughout the process to prevent bottle mouth contamination and ensure stable, precise transfer.

 

Capping machine

After filling, bottles move to the capping station via the transmission starwheel. The anti-rotation stop blade locks the bottle neck. Together with the outer bottle neck guard plate, it holds the bottle upright and stops the bottle from spinning during capping. Driven by the capping head main shaft, the capping head rotates. Guided by the cam mechanism, the capping head performs a full sequence: cap gripping, cap positioning, twisting and cap release to finish the capping cycle.

The capping head uses a magnetic constant torque mechanism. When the capping head picks up caps via the split cap plate, the cap sleeve centers and aligns each cap. This keeps caps seated correctly inside the rotary capping die and guarantees consistent sealing quality. Once the tightening torque is reached, the capping head slips against the magnetic force, so it will not crack or damage caps. As the capping head lifts, the top ejector rod pushes the finished cap out of the capping die.

The cap plate receives power through the pin wheel and capping head assembly, keeping its motion fully synchronized with the rest of the capping unit. Bottle caps travel down the cap feeding channel into the split cap plate. The cap transfer starwheel then feeds individual caps to each capping head at the precise working position.
