1. Introduction:

The 28mm AF92 hot filling plastic anti-theft cap is made of high-performance plastic bottle cap special material. When the opening torque is between 7 and 20 inch-lbs, it has excellent sealing effect and can be used for filling tea and juice drinks.

Opening torque: 7-20 inch-lbs

The recommended on-line opening torque control range: 8 ~ 18 inch-lbs  (After bottle cooler)

 

Description:

The above application parameters are summarized from the filling test on the capping machine such as Zalkin in France. When the AF92 bottle cap is used, appropriate test and adjustment may be needed.
