    Good to know

    The block features a space-saving design and compact blow station layout. The production of high-stability, low-weight PET bottles is combined with the filling and capping steps to create a smoothly functioning line. With the Speed-Loc quick-change system, changeover can be performed very quickly with minimal effort. The stretch blow molder/filler monoblock is designed for large production lines and has a maximum output of 48,000 PET bottles per hour.

     

    Well thought out

    Connecting the blow molder directly to the filler produces enormous savings, because this design eliminates the need for the air conveyor, the feed plate and the bottle rinser. Not only that, because the bottles flow directly through the machine which can easily handle very light-weight preforms and bottles. A multifunction star located at the interface between the two machines compensates for the differences in spacing between the blow molder and the filler. An airlock with a directed flow of air reliably separates the "dry" packaging area (blow molder) from the “wet” filler area.

    Mechanical type Hot Filling Valve design is suitable for non-carbonated beverages, juice, syrup, mixed alcoholic beverages, and energy drinks with production capacity from 4000BPH to 30000BPH based on 500ml. Up to 2000ml.

    The filler is available as you require - as a single machine, monoblocked with a bottle rinser or stretch blow molder.

  • Bottle tilting conveyor
    After the bottle has been capped, its head-space is sterilized, by bringing the bottle to a horizontal position and thus enabling the product at a temperature of 85 degrees Celsius to fill the entire head-space.

    Hot Glue Labeling Machine
    Rotary labeler is suitable for labeling bottled drinking water, juice, carbonated soft drinks etc. with production capacity from 20000BPH to 60000BPH based on 500ml. Up to 2000ml.

    Less Glue Consumption
    Rotary labelers for the application of wrap-around pre-cut paper and/or plastic labels. The labelling unit, thanks to the use of an industrial Hot Melt applicator, allows a considerable saving of glue compared to traditional systems. The format changeover operations do not require the use of tools, thus becoming extremely easy and fast.
