    This blow-fill-cap monobloc features a space-saving design with a compact blow station layout, integrating the production of highly stable, lightweight PET bottles with filling and capping into one smooth-running production line. Equipped with the Speed-Loc quick-change system, format changeovers can be completed quickly with minimal manual intervention. Built for large-scale beverage production lines, this integrated stretch blow molding monobloc delivers a maximum output of 48,000 PET bottles per hour.

    Directly coupling the blow molder to the filler generates significant cost savings by eliminating the need for air conveyors, feed plates and bottle rinsers entirely.     Mechanical Hot Filling Valve

    This mechanical hot filling valve is purpose-built for hot filling processes in fruit juice production lines, and also works reliably with other non-carbonated beverages, syrups, mixed alcoholic beverages and energy drinks.
    It delivers a rated output of 4,000 to 30,000 bottles per hour (BPH) based on 500ml containers, and supports bottle sizes up to 2,000ml.
    The unit can be flexibly configured to match your line layout: as a standalone machine, monobloc-integrated with a bottle rinser, or combined with a stretch blow molder for a complete end-to-end hot fill system.
  • Bottle Tilting Conveyor
    This bottle tilting conveyor is built for post-capping headspace sterilization on hot filling lines, commonly used for hot-filled fruit juices and other non-carbonated beverages. After bottles are capped, the conveyor tilts them to a horizontal position, allowing the 85°C product to fully fill the headspace and sterilize the inner cap and neck area using the product’s own residual heat.

    Spray Cooling Tunnel

    Our spray cooling tunnel systems deliver precise, product-aligned temperature control for filled containers. Integrated with pasteurizers, heaters and chillers, they create custom temperature regimes tailored to each individual processing step:

    Hot Glue Labeling Machine
    Rotary labeler is suitable for labeling bottled drinking water, juice, carbonated soft drinks etc. with production capacity from 20000BPH to 60000BPH based on 500ml. Up to 2000ml.

    Less Glue Consumption
    Rotary labelers for the application of wrap-around pre-cut paper and/or plastic labels. The labelling unit, thanks to the use of an industrial Hot Melt applicator, allows a considerable saving of glue compared to traditional systems. The format changeover operations do not require the use of tools, thus becoming extremely easy and fast.
    • High ergonomics allow easy access to all parts of the machine and a significant reduction in maintenance times
    • Operating system with Nordson technology allows for the application of labels with significant glue savings
    • Optimum packaging thanks to the device that sprays some points (or strips) of hot glue on the container, which picks up the label from the magazine; the diffuser then applies the glue to the last vertical edge of the label. A smoothing system completes the process.
    • Fast and efficient format changeover thanks to the high ergonomics of its structure; simple and fast procedures with the possibility to perform updates via HMI interface
