1.    Main features:           

      XGF20-20-4 large PET bottle pure water Rinsing, filling and capping machine, absorbing the advanced technology of the same type of products from abroad, with stable performance, safety and reliability.

The machine has compact structure, perfect control system, convenient operation and high degree of automation.

Ø  Adopt the technology of direct connection between the air supply channel and the bottle-feeding wheel, cancel the bottle-feeding screw and the conveying chain, and change the bottle type easily. After the bottle enters the machine through the air supply channel, it is directly sent to the bottle Rinsing machine for washing by the bottle-feeding steel paddle wheel (stuck bottle neck mode).

Ø  Parts in contact with materials shall be made of imported high-quality stainless steel, free of dead angle of process and easy to clean.

Bottle Washer/Rinser

After the bottle enters the main machine, it enters the bottle Rinsing machine through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and turns it up 180 ° along the bottle Rinsing guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle Rinsing machine (determined by the water distributor - the bottle Rinsing water is pumped into the water distributor by the bottle Rinsing water pump, and then distributed to the bottle Rinsing clamp by the water distributor through 16 pipelines), the nozzle of the bottle Rinsing clamp sprays the bottle Rinsing water to wash the inner wall of the bottle. After Rinsing and draining the bottle, turn it downward along the guide rail under the bottle clamp for 180 ° and make the bottle mouth upward. The washed bottle is exported from the bottle Rinsing machine through the transition steel shift wheel (pure water bottle washing) and transferred to the next process - filling.

Ø  The high-precision and high-speed filling valve is adopted, the liquid level is accurate without liquid loss, so as to ensure excellent filling quality; when there is no bottle, the valve will not be opened, so as to avoid liquid loss, so as to ensure excellent filling quality; the filling valve is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the sealing method is conical, which is easy to clean and free of scaling. After the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve, the filling process is completed. The filling valve is equipped with a flow control mechanism, and the flow can be set in a certain range according to the actual needs.

Ø  The filling sealing gasket is made of EDPN material, which is acid and alkali resistant and ozone resistant.

Ø  The connection and transmission between the filling system and the capping system are stable, and the materials in the bottle are not splashed. After the capping operation, the liquid level of the materials in the bottle can still be kept within the filling level.

Ø  The filling power is transmitted by the transmission system in the frame through gears.

Ø  The use of large-scale plain bearing with teeth can make the equipment run more smoothly.

Ø  Bottle filling, filling and capping are connected with the shift wheel and capping, and bottle neck conveying mode is adopted.

 

Capping machine

   After filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel, and the rotation stop knife on the capping machine blocks the bottleneck part, together with the external bottleneck guard board of the capping machine, keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head rotates and rotates under the drive of the main shaft of the capping machine. Under the action of the cam, the capping head can grasp, Cap, rotate and take off the capping, and complete the whole capping process.

The Cap head adopts magnetic constant torque device. When the Cap head takes off the Cap through the split Cap plate, the Cap sleeve will counter the Cap and align the Cap to ensure the correct position of the Cap in the Cap turning die and the quality of the Cap. When the capping is completed, the capping head overcomes the magnetic force slip and will not damage the cap. At the same time, when the capping head rises, the top Cap rod will eject the cap from the capping die.

The Cap plate transmits the power through the pin wheel and the capping head to ensure that its movement is synchronous with the capping machine. The bottle cap enters the sub capping plate through the capping channel, and then the bottle cap transmission star wheel transmits the bottle cap separately to the capping place of the capping head according to the working position.
