1. Equipment Overview
CIP cleaning is clean in place. The cleaning station is a compact modular cleaning system for beverage production line cleaning cycle, which can carry out hot and cold cleaning cycle.
The CIP cleaning workstation is automatically controlled. All cleaning process parameters (cleaning time, acid-base concentration, cleaning solution temperature, cleaning method) can be set on the man-machine interface. When cleaning is needed, specify the cleaning equipment on the man-machine interface, select the cleaning method, and start the system, CIP equipment will automatically complete the cleaning process according to the preset procedures, and can automatically recover the acid, alkali and clean water in sections.
The system has the functions of automatic water supply and acid-base supplement, automatic temperature regulation, display of temperature, concentration, liquid level, simulation process status and sound and light alarm functions. Various parameters can be modified on the man-machine interface. Manual function and parameter modification function have level password protection.
2. Equipment features
1) The opening of steam flow regulating valve is controlled by the detected value of outlet temperature probe to ensure that the cleaning temperature is within the allowable range (control accuracy ± 2 ℃);

2) The reflux pipe is equipped with conductivity detector, temperature sensor and flow switch to detect the key parameters in real time during cleaning;
3) All cleaning process parameters can be set on the man-machine interface. The system cleans automatically according to the set program. Several different cleaning procedures have been set up inside the machine, which can be freely combined according to the actual situation.

4) The outlet of CIP is equipped with multi hole conversion plate, which is connected with multi-channel cleaning pipeline. The internal tanks are equipped with porous conversion plate to connect the cleaning pipeline of each tank
