The DXGF32-32-8 automatic carbonated drink filling machine is a high-efficiency isobaric bottling system designed and manufactured based on cutting-edge technology from Germany and Italy, tailored to the technical requirements of carbonated beverage production.


As a 3-in-1 monobloc isobaric filler, it integrates three core processes — bottle washing, isobaric filling and screw capping — into a compact unit, which greatly reduces floor space, lowers labor cost and improves overall production efficiency. It adopts neck-gripping bottle transmission technology, enabling fast bottle format changeover with minimal downtime.


This machine is ideal for medium-capacity carbonated beverage production lines, and is widely used for filling PET bottled carbonated water, soda drinks, sparkling juice and other gas-containing beverages.


1. Bottle Washing System

Empty bottles are conveyed to the washing station of the triad isobaric filler via air conveyor, transferred by positive grippers.
  • The wash gripping dial firmly holds the bottle neck, and rotates 180° along the guide rail to turn the bottle mouth downward.

  • In the dedicated washing zone, specially designed nozzles spray washing water to thoroughly clean the interior wall of bottles.

  • After cleaning and draining, the dial rotates bottles 180° back to the upright position.

  • Cleaned bottles are discharged from the washing station and transferred to the filling station via positive grippers.

2. Isobaric Filling System

This machine adopts isobaric filling principle, which ensures stable CO₂ content and prevents foaming and overflow during filling.
  • Bottles entering the filling station are centered by bell jars, then lifted by the lifting cylinder until the bottle mouth seals tightly against the filling valve.

  • A bottle detection sensor installed on the steel thumb wheel before the filling station sends bottle presence signals to the control system, realizing no-bottle-no-filling function.

  • Filling starts automatically when the gas injection inside the bottle reaches equal pressure state.
  • The filling process stops instantly and automatically once the liquid level reaches the height of the air return pipe, guaranteeing consistent filling level accuracy.

  • After filling, the valve-closing mechanism shuts off the filling valve, followed by pressure release inside the bottle to complete the full filling cycle.

3. Screw Capping System

Filled bottles are transferred to the capping station for automatic screw capping.
  • Full bottles descend and disengage from the filling valve under the action of the press-down cam, then are delivered to the screw capper via transitional positive grippers.

  • The bladed stopper on the capper locks the bottle neck to keep bottles upright and prevent rotation during the capping process.

  • Screw capping heads perform both revolution and rotation on the capper turret, completing cap picking, cap placing, screw tightening and cap releasing sequentially.

  • The cap aligner is mounted above the capping station, connected to the cap pan of the screw capper via a cap sliding rail for steady and continuous cap supply.

  • Finished products are transferred to the output conveyor chain through the outlet thumb wheels, and sent out of the isobaric filler to the next production process.
