All-in-one monobloc 3-in-1 design
Integrates bottle washing, isobaric filling and screw capping into one compact unit. Cuts factory floor space usage, removes unnecessary bottle transfer steps, and reduces contamination risks throughout the production process.
Steady 10,000 BPH output for 500ml PET bottles
Configured with 32 washing heads, 32 precision filling valves and 8 screw capping heads. This balanced ratio eliminates stage-by-stage bottlenecks, maintaining consistent, uninterrupted throughput even during long production runs.
Food-grade 304 stainless steel build
All product-contact surfaces use food-safe 304 stainless steel with smooth, crevice-free polishing. Fully compliant with international food safety and sanitary standards, and designed for quick, thorough cleaning and sanitization.
PLC + touchscreen fully automatic control
Powered by a reliable PLC system with a user-friendly touchscreen interface. Operators can tweak production parameters, track real-time performance, and switch bottle formats right on the panel — less manual work, fewer human errors.
Accurate isobaric filling with less CO₂ loss
Uses a mature isobaric filling principle for consistent fill levels across every bottle. The closed filling circuit prevents carbon dioxide escape and eliminates product overflow, cutting raw material waste while keeping carbonation and flavor stable batch after batch.
The DXGF32-32-8 is a high-efficiency isobaric bottling system built on proven beverage processing technology sourced from Germany and Italy, purpose-engineered to meet the rigorous technical requirements of carbonated beverage production.
As a 3-in-1 monobloc isobaric filler, it consolidates three core production stages — bottle washing, precision isobaric filling and screw capping — into a single compact frame. This integrated design cuts down on required factory floor space, reduces labor costs by eliminating the need for separate operators at each standalone station, and lifts overall line efficiency by removing redundant bottle transfer steps. The entire system uses neck-gripping bottle handling technology, which allows for fast, seamless bottle format changeovers with minimal production downtime.
Ideal for medium-capacity carbonated beverage production lines, this machine handles a wide range of gas-containing beverages in PET bottles: carbonated water, sparkling soft drinks, soda, sparkling juice and other carbonated drink variants.
Built into the 3-in-1 monobloc isobaric filler, the bottle washing system delivers full interior rinsing with minimal handling and contamination risk.
Empty PET bottles feed into the washing station via air conveyor, where positive-transfer grippers move them smoothly through the cycle without scratching bottle surfaces. A neck-gripping wash dial secures each bottle by the neck and rotates 180° along the guide track, angling the bottle opening downward to drain completely during cleaning. Inside the dedicated wash zone, precision-machined spray nozzles deliver targeted rinsing across every inch of the inner bottle wall, removing residual dust and contaminants before filling.
Once rinsed and fully drained, the dial rotates bottles 180° back to an upright, stable position. Clean bottles exit the wash station and transfer directly to the filling station via the same positive-gripper transfer system, keeping handling consistent and reducing unnecessary bottle transfers.
At the core of the machine is the isobaric filling system, engineered specifically for carbonated beverages to preserve consistent CO₂ content and eliminate foaming, overflow and product waste.
As bottles enter the filling station, bell jars center each bottle precisely before a lifting cylinder raises it to form a tight, leak-proof seal against the filling valve. A bottle presence sensor mounted on the infeed steel thumb wheel sends real-time signals to the PLC control system, activating the no-bottle-no-filling function to avoid wasted product and unnecessary valve wear.
Filling initiates automatically only once the gas pressure inside the bottle matches the pressure in the filling tank — the core of the isobaric filling principle. The fill cycle stops immediately and automatically the moment liquid reaches the air return pipe height, delivering consistent, repeatable fill level accuracy across every bottle. Once filling is complete, the valve shutoff mechanism seals the filling valve, followed by controlled pressure release inside the bottle to finish the full fill cycle without foaming or spillage.
The integrated screw capping system delivers consistent, torque-accurate capping without damaging caps or bottle necks, keeping carbonation locked in through shelf life.
Filled bottles move directly to the capping station for automatic screw sealing. A press-down cam lowers each bottle gently off the filling valve, and transitional positive grippers transfer it to the capping turret without jostling or spilling. A bladed bottle stop locks each bottle neck securely, holding it upright and preventing rotation during the tightening process for uniform torque every time.
Each screw capping head on the turret combines orbital revolution and independent rotation, working sequentially to pick, place, tighten and release caps in one smooth, continuous motion. A cap sorter sits above the capping station, feeding caps through a sliding guide rail to the capper’s cap hopper for steady, uninterrupted cap supply even at full running speed. Finished bottles transfer to the output conveyor via the outlet thumb wheel, exiting the isobaric filler smoothly to feed downstream processes like labeling or packaging.
Professional Isobaric Filling Technology
Engineered exclusively for carbonated beverage production, this filling technology locks in consistent CO₂ content batch after batch, eliminates foaming and overflow mid-fill cycle, and delivers uniform fill levels across every single bottle.
